The short version
Sensei sees your screen only when you ask her to, and only for that one moment. She doesn't record, log, or train on what's there. Your data is yours.
What we collect
When you hold the hotkey and ask a question, three things travel together to our AI provider (Anthropic) so Sensei can answer you:
- Your spoken question, transcribed to text.
- A single screenshot of whatever's on your screen at that moment.
- The reply she generates back to you.
That conversation lives only as long as the answer takes. We don't keep it on our servers. We don't use it to train models. We don't sell it.
What we don't do
- No background screen recording.
- No keystroke logging.
- No analytics that profile what you do.
- No selling or sharing data with advertisers.
Account & billing
If you buy credits or unlock a sensei, we store your email and purchase history through our payment processor (Stripe). We use that only for receipts, refunds, and showing your credit balance.
Changes
If we ever change how this works, we'll update this page and tell people on the changelog. No quiet rewrites.
